This course is for anyone who wants to enter Siebel World.

It starts from the Zero level. Everything is explained in a simplified manner.
It details all the essential configuration areas, workflows, and scripting. Practical-oriented, scenario-based demos and assignments are provided.

This training will help Siebel Support Executives, Testers, Business Analysts, Product Configurators and Siebel Developers to Customize the Siebel Applications based on Project requirements.

About course 2. Siebel Server Managment/Admin

This course covers all server-related topics that are essential for every Siebel Employee.

Siebel Employees should understand the Web architecture, how Components work in Siebel Server, and how to handle them for various jobs, such as Workflow Policy Automation, running Assignment Manager in Batch Jobs, and invoking dynamically and interactively.

They also learn how to import data using EIM Server Components.

Finally, they should use ADM for Development, Testing, and Production Environments to migrate the data.
